Junior Beginner Tennis

(Red Dot)

Overview: Our Junior Beginner Tennis program, also known as the Red Dot Tennis, is specifically designed for young players aged 4-7 who are new to the game. This program focuses on creating a fun and engaging environment where children can develop basic tennis skills, coordination, and a love for the sport.

Program Structure:

  • Age Group: 4-7 years old

  • Court Size: Smaller courts to suit the age and skill level of the players.

  • Equipment: Use of red dot tennis balls, which are softer and larger, allowing for better control and slower play.

Skills Covered:

  • Basic Techniques: Introduction to fundamental tennis strokes, including forehand, backhand, and volleys.

  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Activities and drills to improve coordination and timing.

  • Footwork: Basic footwork patterns and movement on the court.

  • Motor Skills: Engaging exercises to enhance gross and fine motor skills.

  • Rules of the Game: Understanding the basic rules and etiquette of tennis.

Junior Intermediate Tennis (Orange Dot)

Overview: Our Junior Intermediate Tennis program, also known as the Orange Dot Tennis, is designed for young players aged 8-10 who have some experience with tennis and are ready to advance their skills. This program focuses on refining techniques, building consistency, and introducing more complex aspects of the game.

Program Structure:

  • Age Group: 8-10 years old

  • Court Size: Mid-sized courts to match the players' developing skills.

  • Equipment: Use of orange dot tennis balls, which are slightly firmer than red dot balls but still provide controlled play.

Skills Covered:

  • Advanced Techniques: Refinement of basic strokes and introduction to more advanced techniques such as spin and slice.

  • Consistency: Drills to improve consistency and accuracy in shots.

  • Footwork and Movement: Enhanced footwork drills and court positioning.

  • Match Play: Introduction to match play and basic match strategies.

  • Serving: Developing a consistent and effective serve.

Overview: Our Adult Squads/Training Groups are designed to provide a structured and enjoyable environment for adult players of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics, an intermediate player aiming to refine your skills, or an advanced player preparing for competitive play, our squads cater to all your tennis needs.

Program Structure:

  • Beginner Squads: Ideal for those new to tennis or with limited experience. Focuses on fundamental techniques, understanding the rules, and building confidence on the court.

    • Techniques Covered: Basic strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley), footwork, and court positioning.

    • Format: Group lessons with a maximum of 6 players per coach to ensure personalized attention.

    • Frequency: Weekly sessions, 1 hour each.

Cardio Tennis
